Our services

Ultra Pro provides concrete foundation installation, structural foundation repair and stabilization, and expedited hot shot freight and material delivery in South Texas. Information on this website is general and is not a substitute for a site inspection or a written quote.

Quotes and agreements

Each job is governed by the written quote, estimate or agreement we give you. It states the scope of work or delivery, the price, the schedule and any deposit or payment terms. If this website and your written quote differ, the written quote controls.

Payment

Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are listed on your quote or invoice. Late or missed payments may delay work or deliveries.

Schedules and delivery times

Work dates and delivery times are estimates unless we confirm them in writing. Weather, ground conditions, site access, material availability and traffic can affect schedules.

Warranty

Our foundation work carries a 30-day warranty. What the warranty covers is stated in your written quote or agreement. We do not make warranties on this website beyond those in your written agreement.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, safe access to the site or pickup location, and any permits or approvals that are your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ultra Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
